Are you between 18 and 30 years old and ready for something completely different? Not a standard holiday, but a month where you truly become part of Spanish culture. You work together with a close-knit group of 12 young men on projects that matter.
What Do You Get?
For a one-time participation fee of €250, we handle everything:
- Flights: Return flights from Eindhoven Airport.
- Stay: You live in an authentic Spanish country house (Finca) with your entire group.
- Food & Drink: Three healthy meals a day, freshly prepared.
- Work Experience: 24 hours per week working for a local Spanish employer.
- Spending Money: You receive €80 per week in discretionary spending money.
- Activities: Weekly hikes through the rugged nature of the region.

- Festival Production: Build the coolest stages under the sun.
- Agriculture & Eco-Farms: Learn about sustainable farming among olive trees.
- Resorts & Hospitality: Support the management of luxury stays.
